Placed an order on the website and was directed to text the phone number provided with my order number. Was then requested payment sent via cash app and then sent bogus tracking info from US Express Shipping who when I inquired where my package was informed me that it was on hold unless I paid a $200 refundable shipping insurance and they would deliver that night. I never sent any additional money and did request that I receive a refund for items not received. I've since seen several Scam Alert reviews regarding this same place. They need to be shut down so they can't continue doing this to people anymore. I'm out $250.
