I saw an advertising in internet about Aura where he offer a free cream and I only will pay the shipment cost, less tan seven dollars. They send two products: revitalizing eye serum and Aura revive cream. But when I receive my credit card statement besides de shipment cost they charged to my account the total cost of his products, more than three hundred dollars, thats a fraud an scam. And today I receive by mail other two products of that company that I never request. For a while my credit card is blocked, I don't want this products, unfortunately there are any address to back it. If is necessary I going to cancel my credit card, but I don't going to pay one cent to those scammers

I ordered Aura Revive from A Facebook ad. It claimed to only pay $4.95 for shipping to get a free trial sample. A month later I was charged $200 from my checking account. They trick you into thinking it's a free trial but it's really a monthly payment.

Aura Revive offers a free sample of face cream for only shipping, with hidden caveat that you must cancel within 14 days . I don't remember seeing this anywhere. My February Visa bill held two charges for $93.87. When I called to complain, I was told of the 14 day clause, and offered no rebate or help. Huge SCAM!!

Scam!! I had the feeling something was wrong with these products! I was on Facebook and click on a link about Angelina and Brad.. the text inform me about Angelina life eith Brad and her new product she develop.. the reading was well made... and has I was reading they said that a special offer was available exclusily for reader.. The text said that Angelina wanted that her product was low in cost and available for every women... I shouldn’t but I clicked ?? After I land on a fuzzy web page.. They let me think the product cost was low.. 6.99$ yes is low!!! I said to myself... bah... the only thing could happen to me is losing 6.99$ ????? Than I place an order for the Aura Revive product. After I entered my credit card and place order I was surprised by another product suggestion... They said for 6.99$ more you can have Aura Revive Revitalizin eye serum! Stupid I was to click on rhe YES button!! ?????????? After that was it order was complete. Because I was aware of scam I try to find subtle text of excedent charging fee or anything else... I didn’t found anything...

Yes the label print was cheap and not look Angelina.. But my head wanted to believe that ***!! I immediatlr try product.. nothing revelant there.. and things was just bah... You lost 14$ never mind!

THEN I found my credit card bill was high... Put who want to know about finance?! When you have a old and dry face all you want is to beleive the cream will do the job... looking at credit bill is just.. Bah... Depressing thing...

Realised I was victim of a scam I call my bank telling them I’ve been victim of fraud wishing I could get my money back! But... no I was not victim of a fraud! It was totaly in the law... I’ve signed an agreement eith my credit card and I need to cancel my subscription NOW and return the products I didn’t use. So that’s what I did.

Finding the website was impossible! What a mess! A phone number appear next to the item on my bill. I call immediatly. I waited on the line with a way to heavy dumb music and than a reach what sound to a huge call center. An agent #089 answer me, she asked my name and postal code. She saw my latested transaction. I asked to unsuscribe, she offer me 30%... what I refused.. so she offer me 60%.. what I refused again.. just unscribe me. She provide me a confirmation number and I write it down for a proof. She told me I will receive a confirmation by email. After I asked for a refound. She says that for a refound they have to receive back the non used product in 30 days and she told me the adress to send back + the RMA #.

Be carefull the brand name change by the time. The mail I receive was 2018 © Vero Revive ... I mage some search and I land on another product.. they are all the same just the label change... MiraEssence... look at rhis tiny terms of use... This make me so angry ??!!

Well I hope I can get my money back!!!

I saw an ad on Facebook for a "free trial" of Aura Revive face cream, featuring Sandra Bullock. There was an article stating Sandra Bullock was quitting acting full-time to work with her company "Aura Revive". I went to the link, and it claimed it would be "100% free- no obligation", and all I had to pay was shipping fees of $4.95, I believe. I received an email confirmation of my order. Within two hours, my phone started ringing, and I received six calls before I answered it, as I didn't recognize the number. The person on the phone told me that "I needed to act fast, and that I should make sure to confirm my order by giving my credit card number". That was the moment that my stomach told me to get out. The person was talking over me, telling me I "needed the eye serum and to give my credit card number, so they could get that out to me right away". I found that incredibly suspicious, as I had received an email confirming my order. I told them to go ahead and cancel everything, that I changed my mind and would stick with my current routine. The person on the phone kept on trying to get my credit card information, and I could tell they were getting more aggressive and annoyed sounding as I kept repeating "No, I would like to cancel, I am not interested". I thought that was the end of it, until the mail came today. Lo and behold, there was a small plain white box with Aura Revive Cream inside. The paper that came with it was very plain as well, just giving the shipment details, and order details. No information about being enrolled in anything, etc. But, I went online and found the phone number for the company, which was also kind of hard to do. There are a number of similar companies, with the photo showing the product I just received, and then offering another different product, etc. I found the email, and quickly sent them a request to be removed. I also called them. The first attempt at calling them, I could hear a lot of commotion in the background, and heard someone swearing and laughing, and then my call was dropped, or someone hung up. I called back. The person I spoke to seemed to be reading a script, and kept telling me about "how wonderful this product is, and it's a steal at almost half-price" which was 198.00. I told them to please cancel any membership or subscription, that I had tried to cancel my order the day I made it. The person asked me to "hold on", and it sounded as though they just set the phone down. I could hear a lot of people talking in the background, and heard laughing and someone again swearing, and laughing. Very unprofessional, and the demeanor of everyone I spoke to had an aggressive tone. When the person came back to the phone, they began to tell me that I had been given "more than a free trial, that was a 28 day amount, and I would be responsible for the low cost of 29.99$ if I wished to keep it". I was absolutely disgusted. I told them that I wanted to cancel everything, I did not want to be charged any more fees, and asked if I should send back the cream that I just received, as I hadn't opened the container. The person told me that they were cancelling my "subscription"- which was NOT on the website at all, the website claimed that it was a special promotional trial and "no strings attached". I asked for a confirmation code that I was indeed cancelled, that no more charges would appear on my credit card, and again asked if I should send back the cream. The person again went into a scripted monologue about what a wonderful product Aura Revive is, and how it's going to be "the next big thing," so "act now and save". I asked for a confirmation that I was indeed cancelled. The person seemed upset, and read off a code, and I made sure I repeated it back and wrote it down, just in case. I should have known better, I have always avoided any of those types of ads, and am slightly embarrassed to even be writing this, but I thought that I should so hopefully I can prevent someone else from the stress worrying that some shady company will be charging them hundreds of dollars. Which is what would have happened if I hadn't of tracked them down and called today. I saved all the emails, and the codes, and fingers crossed that this is the end of my involvement with this company. I cannot believe how dishonest and just plain sneaky these companies are with their websites and the way they offer these "free trials". A free trial should be a straight-forward offer, pay for the shipping and that's it. Their product should be legit enough that they're confident that when people try it, they'll want to buy it. Unfortunately, I doubt that is the case here. I hope that this helps someone, I should have checked ScamPulse.com or done a search on the company BEFORE I did anything , and I usually DO. I will be sure to do that in the future.
