I am an artist, I was approached yesterday by who I thought was a client on Instagram, I quoted "her" $125 and she made out a check for $1500.00, told me that she "tried to cancel the check, it wouldn't work, she had me deposit it anyway and I send the rest back to her, she informed me it was her sons savings (who she was ordering the artwork for). she made out two checks for $1500.00 I deposited them and later this morning I got a notification and my account was negative.
