Attached is a copy of the letter.

Victim was contact via letter by Larry Howard with the Award Notification Commission. The letter enclosed a check for $1,000.325 for him to cash, and they asked him to send $12.99 PO Box 2905 Kansas City, KS 66110

I got a letter in the mail that says I won $1.325 million dollars, but I need to pay $12.99 to process it. Or if I want it in a hurry, add another $3.00 so it is $15.99. The reply is by mail only so I can't call and talk to anybody.

Please, shut down this PO Box in Kansas City, Kansas and return all mail so people don't get suckered into this scam and the culprits make money by cashing checks for $12.99 at a time.

Award Notification Commission mailer says I've been awarded $2,000,000.00. They want me to pay a fee of $11.89 via mail only to get my winnings. The fee is a red flag and I wanted to inform BBB.

Many people recieved a letter saying they won a 2k lottery but had to send in 12.99 for an acquisition fee. The Award notification commission is a promoter for Next-Gen,inc. They're intentionally deceiving American citizens for monetary gain and need to be prosecuted and reimburse every cent

- Kalamazoo, MI, USA

I received this in the mail saying I just won $1,325,000 in a single lump sum or $2,000,000 over a 30 yr period all with NO TAXES WITHHELD. They tell me I have to send them cash, check or money order in the amount of $12.99 along with the mailing. If I wanted everything to be express mail, then I had to send them $15.99.

Really easy but I don't trust anyone who says I have to give them money to get prize money they are offering.

Company sends out award winning mailings under the name Award Notification Commission utilizing a post office box in Kansas City to participate in cash prize drawing. Consumers should understand they have not won any money yet, for they have not entered into the sweepstakes yet. The mailing ask the consumer to return the Entry & Completion Form to see if their number is the pre-selected number. The mailing states an acquisition fee of $ 12.99 to be enclosed - by cash check or money order. This is a scam - document attached
