Company states they are a subscription service after an initial purchase has been made (no indication of this until money is missing from your account). They were selling $1 watches and ended up stealing $1000 from my grandfather and that’s just what we’ve found so far. When contacting customer service they stated they would refund the money back and cancel the “subscription” but refused to send a confirmation email that it was being refunded. When pressed they just hung up.
