I purchased a Calm Drum via calmdrum.com on March 16, 2020 for $67.56. Here is a summary of my interactions since then:
March 16, 2020 - order #3245 placed and payment posted to customer's credit account.
April 3, 2020 - Contacted support email to ask when item will be shipped.
April 4, 2020 - Received a response that my order had already shipped and that delays were possible but that I'd receive a tracking number soon. 
April 17, 2020 - Asked for the tracking number and update on arrival time and if unavailable I asked for refund. 
April 18, 2020 - Am told there may be delays of up to a few days.
May 11, 2020 - Checked in again via email.
May 12, 2020 - Am issued a USPS tracking number: LW545943392CN and told that it will be a few days before the tracking status is updated. I'm also told that the item has shipped and is in transit, however the tracking number says "Label Created, not yet in System."
June 17, 2020 - Followed up and asked for a refund.
June 19, 2020 - Was told by Ken that he guarantees a new drum will be sent to me if my original order was lost in transit.
August 10, 2020 - I asked for an update.
August 13, 2020 - I am told "The fulfillment department is currently conducting an intense investigation about your package, once the fulfillment team finds out that your package was lost, we will immediately send a new one to your address and I will guarantee it."
November 3, 2020 - I ask for an update on the investigation.
November 5, 2020 - I received an automated message saying to be patient and that refunds will not be given.
January 20, 2021 - I send a new email with subject: NO TEMPLATE asking for a status update with proof of payment attached. February 3, 2021 - I am given the option of a $20 refund with the possibility of receiving the drum or no refund and the expectation to wait for an indeterminate amount of time to receive the product. 
As of February 10, 2021 the tracking number page is the same "label created, not yet in system."

I am so frustrated that this pseudo company has scammed not only me but all those who have also posted here and the probably hundreds that we haven't heard from. I would like a full refund not this $20 offer.

This compnynis dispicable. I ordered a drum in March 2020 for 67.56. As with everyone elese on here they did the same thing to me. 10months later Dec.4th their package shows up at my doorstep. I had already disputed it on my credit card and was credited the money. So now inreceve a notice via email from calm drum threatenkng me to send it back, pay for it or deal with their layer. I went to send it back and have them pay for shipping, but they refused. The cost via uspostal mail was 43.00. Which I can not afford to pay. So i paid them via email. The calm drum they sent was smaller than I expected and it is of poor quality.

This company should be embarresed. If they couldn't come through with their product they should not have advertized. I am reporting them to the Better Business Burea. Shame on them!

The same exact thing here. Numerous emails got a fake tracking number that goes nowhere, and never received my drum. Ironic that the calm drum has made me so angry! I disputed the charges with my credit card company and will hopefully be reimbursed.

SAME HERE. GREECE. PAYED MY GOOD MONEY FOR 1 DRUM FROM APRIL. WAITING EVER SINCE. CAN WE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT? PLEASE PEOPLE!

I placed my order to calm drum on april 16th 2020 and had many email exchanges with Ken silver assuring me my package would arrive and he would be sending me a tracking number once he had one to send. We have gone back and forth since april and now all I get is an automated email response. I was charged 67.56 and cannot get a refund. What do I do next?

I ordered 2 calm drums in April 2020 and nothing ever shipped or received. 6 months later they say it's "The package is still on the process as we have limited employee as of the moment and adopts additional safety measures to protect our people and customers. Other factors contributing to delays include fewer domestic flights, international delays, and increased volumes as more people start shopping online.

Ken" TOTAL LOSS, TIME, AGGRAVATION, $135.12. Purchasing the Calm Drums (1 for me and 1 for my daughter finishing college during the pandemic was supposed to bring joy and calmness. It's been nothing but a headache with this company).

This has to be a scam. I've been waiting SIX months for the calm drum I paid for on 31st March 2020 following their advert on Facebook. I thought that there would be recourse via Facebook for false advertising and fraud but I can't see how to pursue legal complaint. They have refused to refund the money that I have paid in good faith for those goods, claiming that I signed up to a 'no refund' policy - completely against all trade descriptions ace. Their aim is to exhaust dissatisfied customers into giving up - without ever receiving the goods (however crappy they might have turned out to be). I have learned from this never to buy any product advertised on Facebook, ever.

Six months was far too long for me to have been waiting (and for me to have given them the benefit of the doubt): none of their emails have led me to have any faith that they are a legitimate business.

bought drum on Facebook billed $67.56 on 04/15/20. Received nothing. Either send my the drum or credit my account. This is the third time , first it was be patient, covid, yatta, yatta. Don't be a fraud.

After 6 months i haven't reviewed the calmdrum. I have done the reclaim but they say that it have been sent to me but tracking number was not functioning

I am another unhappy victim of this "company". I ordered two drums on 3/18 - one of which was a birthday present for my husband. To date (nearly 6 months later), I have not received either drum. All correspondence that I've received mirrors those mentioned in the other folks who have posted here. I paid them $112.82 including international shipping charges.

Did anything come of submitting this? I just submitted mine because the same thing happened to me.

I purchased a Calmdrum on March 18, 2020 and 5 months later, still no drum. They keep giving me the runaround and won't issue a refund. This definitely feels like a scam. I am filing a fraudulent charge with my credit union today.

April 3rd, 2020 I paid $111.85 for a calmdrum which has never arrived. Does anyone know How can I get this drum I paid for or get my money back?

I ordered a Calm Drum early in March of 2020 from an ad on FB. After waiting for many weeks, and receiving no information about my order, I emailed to inquire about my drum and received an email from a Ken Sivert. Got a spiel about shipments being delayed due to Covid19, etc., and to be patient. One month later, I still had not heard from this company, so I sent another email to see why I had not received a tracking number. The same person answered my email. It looked like a canned form letter, not specifically addressing my questions. Said I would receive a tracking number. Later on, I received a tracking number, but every time I checked, the tracking number showed no activity whatsoever. I sent another email complaining that I'd waited for over four months and never received the drum. I got another email showing the link to the tracking number again, and being told to wait, as they have "no control over the courier." This has been a huge waste of my time--and my money. I ordered the drum as a birthday gift for a young person. The birthday has long since passed and I still have no drum. Shame on this "business" for misleading me, making excuses, not sending the product, and charging my credit card. Scammer = criminal. Some day this person or persons will have to answer to a higher power for their misdeeds on this earth.

I've just posted the same complaint as yours. I wish I'd know before now that there were so many of us also scammed the same way. is there any way we can take joint action via Facebook for false advertising, fraud, theft etc.? I've never experienced this before so I'm a novice on fraud but surely Facebook need to know that their platform hosted this scam, has some responsibility for scrutiny?

On April 16, I noticed an ad online from calmdrum.com. I placed an order and the following charge appeared on my credit card statement.

A month later, with no drum in sight, I contacted the company. Now it has been 3 months.

You received a new message from your online store's contact form.

I know the current pandemic has delayed many deliveries, but I am checking on ORDER #xxxx. What's the status? The order was placed April 16th.

The tracking information may not be updated yet but please allow few more days as it's the courier who updates the information and this is something we don't have a control with. No worries though, it will be updated soon.

I got the same reply and tracking code that doest work

As above - I paid for the calmdrum on March 14th and have never received it. I have tried reporting it through several channels and I always get an answer from KEN! who says Covid19 bla bla - been shipped bla bla, arrived in UK bla bla etc. Now when I use the tracking number it says it has expired. This is most definitely a scam and I've asked Paypal to help me resolve it.

Ordered a Calm Drum on March 31, 2020. It is now June 19, 2020 and I have not received it. My emails with customer service "Ken" or "Sivert at CalmDrum" via [email protected] provide no details, a tracking number that has no information and the cancel/return policy is that you have to cancel within 60 minutes.

I ordered a Drum from this website which was advertised on IG and FB. They took the money and never sent a valid tracking #, or the product and it has now been almost 10 weeks and still nothing. They respond by blaming it on everything else, are very rude and refuse to cancel the order and refund my money, even though they have a cancellation policy that says you can cancel before its shipped as well as a 30 day return policy once you receive it. I found online many customers with the same story. Its a total scam. Taking money without getting anything in return.

They are advertising drums, taking money, then saying the delivery is delayed due to the virus. Then you ask for a tracking number which they say they can’t provide(or they provide a fake one). When I asked them for a phone number, they say they don’t have phone support. They also will not give a physical address to their headquarters. My bank credited my account, but they are still advertising on Instagram and FB(and have a FB page where they removed all of the reviews where consumers said it’s a scam and that they took their money)
