I was informed that I only needed to pay the delivery charges and fedex would deliver the grant $$$s. The fees ranged from $500 to $6500. The more the fee I paid, the higher the grant amount, from $20,000 to $750,000.

The federal grant agent's name was Sandra Moore. An official looking ID was also texted:
