The same thing has happened to me. I was looking for a bike for my son and this website came up. I thought it was odd when the payment went to a Tina Schneider. I contacted her and no response. Also the company came up in the the category of fast food. PayPal has to be held responsible because I requested the order to be cancelled and they never responded. Has PayPal stooped so low that they are collecting money from scammers. I have removed from debit card from PayPal. I spent $103 and I am pretty certain that this money is lost. I don't know how to proceed.

We were on Craigs List looking adult man & female bicycles, (Ozone 500 Men and woman Malibu 26 in Cruiser Bicycle) due to the virus unable to purchase from any stores. My husband found the one he like from this web site and the price was great they also had the female matching so we ordered both bicycles with free shipping the total was $191.98. Payment only excepted through PAY PAL which I thought would easier anyway. I then received an email; Thanks for your order. It’s on-hold until we confirm that payment has been received. In the meantime, here’s a reminder of what you ordered: I thought the email address was odd that it did come from any company it came a [email protected] with the name, Tiffany Robinson. PayPal had the name but a total different email; [email protected]. I tried to contact her with this email address it came back as [email protected] unable to deliver. I contact PayPal tried to strop any payment but it was too late Pay Pal had already issued the money to her. I tried calling the number stated number was unavailble. We still have not heard or received any information on receiving the bike and as of yet to get our money back.
