Cherry valley Shih Tzu Reports & Reviews (2)

I, too have been victimized by this breeder, Cherry Valley Shih Tzu. I was promised to receive a puppy “Lucy” once I place $300 to reserve her via prepaid gift card (Walmart to Walmart). On her website of her Terms and Conditions states once the buyer pays the deposit of $300-$500 is allowed to receive updates/new photos of the puppy’s growth. WRONG! She is a liar. I asked for new updated photos of the puppy sitting on top of kitchen counter and she got upset and refused. I kept the gift card and receipt. She told me to send her a picture of the gift card with the receipt. I intended to shop online for a puppy (Shih Tzu) I found a website called, https://cherryvalleyshihtzu.com/index.html .. I asked seller for new updated photos after placing down a $300 deposit to reserve the puppy (Lucy) . The communication format has been email only but company has a phone number listed on website which I also called and no answer . The following day, I addressed that this could be a potential scam and if I do not receive new/updated photos of puppy, will have to report you. The seller then complies by telling he she is busy shipping other puppies and taking care, and “busy”. When initially it would take a few seconds to take a photo and send to me. It has been 17 hours Since I have requested seller to send new/updated photos. And she has not.. now I demand a full refund or check to be mailed to me in amount of $300. The payment service was Walmart to Walmart pre-paid gift card which i still have with receipt of payment. The puppy was arranged to ship/transport in August 31st today is August 25th. from Norfolk VA to California.

I would like a full refund in amount of $300 which was the holding deposit to reserve puppy and for my losses for being scammed by this seller. I hope this persons gets caught! So wrong preying on the vulnerable during the COVID-19 pandemic. Shame on them!

My friend was trying to buy a puppy from these people and they received $550.00 To these people with the expectations of having their puppy shipped to them . The people had her sign a contract and everything else and then said the person delivering the puppy will call and tell her when they will be there with her puppy. Then she received an email saying that they had to buy a new crate for the puppy and that she needed to send an additional $1250.00 before they can ship the puppy! She told them she just wanted a refund and she got on the cash app to ask for a refund also.

They just sent her an email back it is in picture below.

According to the website Whois.com, this company was registered with them on 7/22/20 by WhoisGuard, Inc. out of Panama.
