Ordered 4 pairs of shorts from crispynyc of February 19th. I contacted them about 4 days later via instagram asking for a tracking number. Was told the tracking numbers are sent out about 1-2 weeks after the order is placed. Here we are March 21st a month later and no package. Reached out on the 20th of March via email asking to just cancel the order and to send me a refund. Was then emailed back stating that a refund was not an option .
