This place was on Facebook as a deal that was going on for 24hrs showing that it was coming from Dick’s Sporting Goods, along it’s other brands it had shown various sneaker brands: Hoka, New Balance, Adidas, Nike, Puma, Cloud, etc. There also were brands by: Northface, Polo, Timberland, Carhart and more. When order was placed, it gave a supposed order number. It said that we would receive an email receipt with shipping information(tracking#). We never received an email receipt it’s been 2 weeks and have not received the email receipt, no merchandise. When I later attempted to look into the company after not receiving merchandise after week 1, I went onto facebook and I saw that this company had orchids and other home decor for sale on there site, not the shoes and clothing I had seen when I made an order. I then started to get skeptical so I sent an email to the address that was on the bottom of the site when I paid for my merchandise. I received an email back the next day from “Amy” no last name and no position title.. She stated that they received my order and it was in stock and shipment will be arranged in 3 days ( same time it said I would receive an email receipt at the beginning). It said if I didn’t receive a tracking# within the next few days (her words) to contact them. There was no phone number or physical address. So i emailed again to say i have no receipt and no merchandise. This time the email said that my merchandise had been dispatched and is currently on its way to me.But once again it said tracking # should be on its way to me in 3 days. I sent 2 more emails but they have not been answered. I have not received my merchandise, nor a refund which is what I requested in one email.

They take your money then send nothing

Used a picture of the PGA Superstore and said going out of business 90% off! Also said they would email when product was shipped but i had to get that information after i emailed customer service. After trying to cancel in the 1st email, I asked for a tracking number since the lady had told me it was shipped. I did contact my credit card company which they would credit me the money. Its only 24.00 but thats not the point!
