Web site selling neon hair dyes claiming they work even on black hair. Showing before photos of people with dark to black hair and after photos of them with neon pink or pastel hair shades, claiming no bleach necessary.

That’s not how hair works. At all. They’re deleting any comment pointing out their scam on Facebook. Naive people sending in money expecting to put a shampoo on their black hair and rinse it out and see neon blue or green. It’s a damn shame, and I also don’t believe for a second that they’re even out of the US like they claim. This has to be Chinese.
