The man came out and assessed the job and told us that we needed to give him $300 up front so he could buy materials.
When we asked who to make a check out to he said him. We called the company and they couldn't provide us with any info about their professional licenses or company documentation. It was very shady and the man left as soon as we told him we needed documentation.
