Ad popped up on my phone and it was a cabinet that I needed. It appeared to be from a US warehouse establishment. I received a confirmation email. When I went to track the order, it indicated that the merchandise had been delivered to my address. IT WASN'T. When I contacted the company - which now had some Asian language attached to it - the email never went through. I was fortunate in that it was only around 28 dollars but its a scam none the less. I have tried multiple times since to no avail....I am confident I will never see the money or the merchandise - ever.

I purchased a kitchen cabinet on this website on Monday, January 16, 2023. It said it was shipping the next day. On the website it said it was coming from California, the package came from China and the contact info on the website says the UK. I waited a very long time for delivery. When it finally arrived, it was a 5 pack of SOCKS. I contacted the company for the first time on January 31, 2023. I still have not received my money back. I tried to write reviews on their website to warn others but the company deletes them. I have a chain of emails back and forth with someone who signs the email with the name Vanessa but the email says: LC net <[email protected]>. On Feb 20, 2023, they told me they submitted a refund and that I would have it in 7-15 business days. After waiting that time, I contacted them again and was told: "According to our company's regulations, the refund application needs to be reviewed by the Finance Department before the refund can be made. Could you please wait patiently for a week?". That was on March 13, 2023. Today is March 21, 2023. I still don't have a refund from them and the responses are very frustrating. I'm getting nowhere. I also don't want them to scam other people for a lot more money. I will gladly forward you the entire email chain. I tried to save it to upload here but it won't save the whole thing.</[email protected]>
