I hired this company on November 17 of 2021 to take my vehicle to Clearwater Florida from Troy Michigan they were supposed to arrive in Troy Michigan on December 29 to pick up my vehicle they never came and got it I called numerous times to see when they were going to come and get my vehicle they always had some excuse as to why my vehicle had not been picked up As of January 7 of 2022 my vehicle was still sitting at the location where it was supposed to be picked up from. I called them to see what was the problem as to why they were not picking up my vehicle they told me that they wanted another $425 to come and pick up my vehicle because no one wanted to take on the job the original contract was for 975 they wanted me to wind up paying almost $1500 for the same job that they promised me for 975 they then went into my bank account without my permission and deducted another hundred dollars as of now January 20, 2022 I still have not gotten my money back I have called them numerous times and spoke to Jack and Ray still no money I had to hire someone else to bring my car down and I also had to pay to rent a car down in Florida almost $500 because my vehicle was still stuck up in Michigan terrible company to deal with they’re very demeaning when you call there they tell you to stop talking to stop calling although they have no problem going in your bank account and taking your hard-earned money. I have since called two more times within the last two weeks and spoke with Ray he promised that my money will be returned in 3 to 5 days which it has not they have no intention of returning my money even though I had a contract with them
