Ripped me off for $90.00. No recourse no contact. In APRIL 2020 when the Covi19 hysteria first started.

Order not deliver from march 2020

In April 16, 2020 I ordered a sanitizer and the company's name was Careinshop. Found it in a New York Times advertisement. Also did not receive it. email various times and they kept saying that there was back orders. So I get an email in June telling me that the order was on its way. They did give me a track number. Contacted post office and nothing. I thought it was my luck that package got lost. Email the company and they said they were not responsible. After these months I called the dispute department for my credit card for something else and I decided to inquire about the sanitizer purchase with the so called Careinshop. So I guess they use different names. The purchase was and 36.98 was billed under Fabfashion, Ltd, Wanchai. This is the same amount that was charged for the purchase of the sanitizer. No Careinshop billing.
So reading these emails makes me also think that it is a scam with a front.

Nothing was the right size and the clothes were not what they showed on the advertisement I did not get a return form now I’m stuck with hundreds of dollars worth of junk

This company is also going by Stafiton and have a Facebook page and it should be removed. They don't tell you where they're from and just take your money and give you nothing in return. The website, Stafiton, is now gone. I did write on their facebook page not to order and they are scammers. Cannot be trusted. Learned the hard way. Never again!

ABE, this is the worst company to order, I order on april 4 toiletries, they collected from credit card and never deliver, remember they are from China and we americans should stop buying from companies like this, even you report them, they are not registered in better business bureau, so stop you will be sorry, and fight with credit card company, takes almost 120 days to get your money back

Right in the middle of the pandemic, I attempted to purchase several face masks and hand sanitize products to the tune of $409.93. As soon as I placed my order, I immediately noted that I did not receive an email or text confirmation.

I waited a few weeks to no avail.

In April 2020, I filed a dispute with my CC company. Few weeks later I received a small package from China, it was a package of tissues. The label on the package displayed pictures of face masks. However, in no way were they face masks.

Today, I received a letter from my credit card company and in their infinite wisdom, they informed that the merchant provided proof that the items I ordered were delivered and the funds in the amount of $409.93 were returned to the Hong Kong based company as a result.

Pretty good scam, take $409.93 on their website, send back a $1.00 worth of tissues to secure a delivery confirmation number and then my own credit card company slaps me in the face.

I could go on and on, and there's allot I'd like to say but as you all well know, Us Americans have to be careful what we say or it get interpreted as racist.

I have placed an order May 4 2020 and I have not heard received anything yet. Not even an email. My bank account was charged as it’s shown below. This is a completely scam! Reimburse my money immediately.

I ordered 2 swimsuits. I want to return them because they do not fit! I don't know what to do! Do I have to contact my lawyer! I am very upset if someone tried to SCAM me!

The amount was $37.44 and I have received nothing. I want a refund!

I ordered a couple of clothing items from Modinchic that were described as being 100% linen. I didn't receive anything for 7 weeks, and during that time I tried to contact them to ask what had happened to my order, but got an automatic response that gave no info. I also clicked on their link for tracking, and also the link for their website, but in both case "page not found" came up. Finally I received the items and they were total garbage, 100% polyester and badly made with paper-thin material. On my credit card was a different name, Fabfashion (not Modinchic) so I emailed to ask how to return the items. No response. My credit card company has told me to return the items to the address on the package, and that they will credit my account once I've done that. Like many others, I wish I had never ordered anything from Modinchic/Fabfasion. It's a total scam.

I am beyond pissed after reading the reviews of this company. I ordered two swimsuits for the total of $67.11 on 5/4/20. This company said nothing of an international fee that would be charged $2.01. I have yet to receive my order nor do I have a way to contact this company! I’m at a loss as to the next step to either get my money back or at least get my order!

I placed an order for 2 swimsuits on April 27, 2020. My debit card was immediately charged for the full amount. I have sent 4 emails requesting information on my order. Now when I try to view my order, I am redirected to a page that says "page cannot be found." As of June 16, 2020 I have not received any portion of my order, nor have I had any email requests returned. Truly regret placing my order!

Paid 41.49 for clothing on April 30, 2020 received nothing. They have no phone number on my bank account where they deducted my money I have no way to contact them!
I have waited long enough I’m reporting a theft to my bank!

Ordered two types of face masks, that can also be worn by motorcyclists, bikers etc on April 23, 2020 from an online company advertised on The Hill, and charged 43.47, from Rose Sunny. On my bank statement i was charged an additional international fee, and said the co was Fabfashion Ltd Wanchai Hk, which has terrible reviews. The items never came, and after 2 weeks, they told me they did not have the masks-as had "run out". So selling items they do not have=fraud! I have filed one complaint w econsumer.gov, and emailed them this fact, and that the BBB and the FTC were next. They then said they would refund my money in 5-15 days, tomorrow is the 15th and they now say they need another 5-15 days. Will not give a service number, and I can not find an actual address or phone number. I hope when someone does they post as I will blow it up, but if I dont have a refund by tomorrow will indeed spend the day filing with the FTC and BBB, and contacting The Hill, to stop this company.

I ordered bathing suits on 2/10/20 and my account was debited for the transaction in addition to a foreign transaction fee. I have never received the merchandise.

Ordered several women’s clothes on line 4/22/20; received one item in wrong size and no way to contact or return item nor to get a refund on my total of $81.65 had no idea this company worked out of wanchai hkg. Return address of mailing package is: ugd 13901 yorba ave. Chino, ca. 91710

Report it to the FBI IC3 site (https://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx). Also check out Facebook We The People That Have Been Scammed and add you story there. Too many coincidences of fraud having to do with the Chino CA area. Most people don't note the package return address on their complaints, only the seller which is usually either bogus contact information, or no information at all, but that may be the piece that ties everything together.

Ordered several women’s clothing items total of $81.65. Received only 1 blouse a size to big. Saved the package...it has this return address: UGD. 1390l1 Yorba Ave. Chino, CA. 91710 Never received rest of my order. Nor a way to return the blouse in wrong size.

This company also goes under the name of shieldstars, they sell masks and bandanas. Ordered 4 mask bandanas at $72, on 4/18/20 crad was charged right away. Nothing from them i contacted customer service by email they said it was backlogged and to wait a few more days. I did that and got nothing... I contacted customer service again today 6/5/20. So far nothing i will be contacting my credit card company and put in a greivince
