Found a dress for my bridal shower through a site promoted on Facebook. I went directly to the site and ordered. They have my money but never received the dress. When I looked up the contact information the only way to contact “customer service” was through Facebook messenger. I received a series of discombobulated messages promising the product and a percentage of the cost returned. Each time there was communication a greater percentage was promised to be received. I didn’t receive the product or the refund.
