On 4/4/23 I ordered an inflatable air mattress and frame and received an emailed receipt with a shipment tracking number and link. That link did not work. I emailed the customer service (?) address on my receipt on 4/30/23 to note that I had not received the item. The individual, Zoe, said it was on the way and provided another tracking link that showed it was delivered on 5/1/23 but no one received any packages. I am sure the address was correct and that no one delivered or took the package since there is a Ring doorbell that records any movement. If you can assist in getting a refund from this company, I would appreciate it.
