They have sent me this letter several times stating my warranty was increasing in price April 4th was date n last letter I recieved. Asked me to call and use customer code# E2478571907 to get it set up for price increase. I don’t own a vehicle and haven’t in 13+ yrs I’m unable to drive I have epilepsy and brain tumor can’t drive until 6 months seizure free and drs say never happen. I have not had license due to this in about 10 yrs now. I have called them telling them this before demanding to know who’s got warranty in my name and for what car and they tell me it must have been mistake cause I’m not in system.

The lease on my Hyundai Palisade is nearing its end. I received two mailers warning me that my "vehicle service contract" is about to expire, and to call to prevent "losing my eligibility for service coverage". This service is NOT an official Hyundai program, but the mailers try to trick the consumer into thinking that it is. There are all sorts of nefarious sounding warnings on the mailers to trick the consumer into thinking they need this coverage. These need to be stopped immediately - I have no doubt many have fallen prey to this.

Warning me my factory warranty on vehicle is expiring. I risk being financially liable for any and all repairs. My acceptance is based on my ability to meet eligibility requirements. They reserve right to revoke my eligibility for service coverage if I do not meet their criteria. Call within 5 days.
