Last night around 530pm was the latest call from phone number provided...Multiple MULTIPLE phone calls at least once a week for months now... Mostly all from different phone numbers but chatting the same thing. They all left me a message stating, "hello, Mrs. McJones (this is not my name), this is a call to let you know a summons will be being delivered to your home or place of employment (which I don't work) and you need to call us to set up a time to deliver."

I think it's ridiculous and I'm in NO WAY hard to find. I'm a 51 yr/old taking care of my elderly parents. I'm ALWAYS HOME and give no trouble to nobody. So I thought, maybe somebody else isn't as tough minded and could get hurt so I'm letting you guys know something fishy is going on.

Caller threatened that they would come to my house and my job since I did not return contact the first two calls and that I would need ID upon his arrival. Gave me the name Dave ***** and that he is a location specialist and said that my information would be released if I did not call them back.

They said they were a private debt collector, offered payment plans, threatened to lock up my bank accounts and hurt my credit report, they would give no confirmation my payments were going through except a personal typed up txt.

They appeared very professional.
