Claiming to help citizens with financial aid, and after making a deposit to Cash app they verify and let you know how much you are eligible for. Next they will I form you that your eligible winnings have been upgraded and you need to make an additional deposit to Cash app. After that they congratulate you with an email saying the deposit is made to your Cash app and to release the money you will have to pay another fee. Which they never disclose the fees. I have after that additional fee which I refuse to pay anymore, have stated that I would like to refunded the amount that I have deposited and they continue to say make the deposit for the fee. I have repeatedly said I don't care about the winnings and I want my refund of what I had deposited. I have also had breeches to my account after which I have them my credationals to. I have been in contact to get my refund now that I have a new debt card, and now they ask for pin number which I don't have yet for security purposes comes later.
