Upon speaking to a representative about what I'd like to get done I was given a price which I agreed upon. They began work on the site which cost $3000 and they double billed me then asked for more money for a feature that had already been agreed upon by myself and Vista Web Studios would be in the price quoted. They refuse to continue developing my site (which was a pre-made template to begin with) due to a chargeback I requested from them double billing me and continuously lying to give me a refund that I was rightfully owed. They recently called me after two years threatening legal action for copyright of intellectual property if I didn't pay them $1950. PLEASE LOOK INTO THESE SCAMMERS. Also, based on other recent reviews I don't think they're a U.S. based company and actually reside in India. (P.S. There name was Vista Web Studios when I was scammed 2 years ago, they now go by Vistal Web Studios)
