My Dad is 82, and he received this letter and really upset him, this is totally wrong.
To an 82 yr old man this was so upsetting totally through him into a panic attack, which is so stupid.

SENDER DOES NOT LEAVE ADDRESS- JUST SHOWS "SPOKANE COUNTY PUBLIC JUDGEMENT RECORD" WITH NO STREET ADDRESS. FAKE/ILLEGITIMATE LETTER CLAIMING TO BE FROM A GOVERNMENT AGENCY BUT THIS IS NOT. THE LACK OF ADDRESS INFO IS RED FLAG AND IMMEDIATELY CONFIRMS THIS IS A SCAM

FAKE TAX NOTICE SCAM - TAX REGISTRY LLC

DOCUMENT LABELED "MIDDLESEX COUNTY PUBLIC JUDGEMENT RECORD - NOTICE OF TAX LIEN". Document appears to be from a government agency - county; however, upon further examination there is a disclaimer at the bottom of the letter in extremely small font/letters stating that Tax Registry LLC is a third-party referral service etc.,
The letter also states that "To avoid enforcement of actions... we strongly encourage you to contact us at 1 (855) 915 2068 by so and so date.
It is evident this scam company is looking for business to get a call from vulnerable people by scaring them via sending a document that appears to be from a government agency with what appears to be a fake seal on it. BEWARE of this company TAX REGISTRY LLC

Document labeled "Warre County Public Judgment Record - Notice of Tax Lien" In very small letters at the bottom it identifies "Tax Registry LLC" The document looks like something from a government but on careful examination it is not. It "strongly encourages" calling the sender. It is obviously looking for business negotiating with the IRS or referring the recipient to an attorney or accountant. The document has a fake seal on it.
