I bought a puppy from a breeder. She delivered the puppy to a shipping company called Fakett-Ship. They emailed me telling me I had to pay $850 for insurance. I refused and they sent the puppy to "quarantine in Arkansas". They will not give me an address to pick up the puppy. Will not return calls or emails. I dont know where the puppy is now that I paid for.
