I was contacted with the promise of leads for my business for a fee. This fee was to be refunded should I opt out within 60 days of signing a contract. At the end of my 60 days, they had not provided me with any viable leads and I requested a refund (per the contract terms). They asked me to give them another 30 days (contract terms extended) to see if they could make it right. After another couple weeks without any words from the company, I emailed them, informing them I would like to exercise my right to a refund which they agreed. But then nothing. phone numbers that used to work, are not working anymore. after over a week I finally got ahold of someone which said they would have an email sent confirming that they would in fact send me my money but again nothing. I am personally working with my CC company on getting a refund.
