I went into The Good Feet Store as a last resort from my terrible foot, neck, shoulder and back pain. They had a great sales pitch and performed some shotty impression on my feet. A few minutes later they came out with a fancy box with a 3-foot inserts inside. They made it sound like these inserts were custom to my own feet! What a scam! I fell for it thinking what they were telling me was true. Now I am struck with 3 hard plastic inserts that have caused me so much physical pain that it makes me sick to my stomach at times. These inserts have exacerbated my foot, neck, shoulder and back pain 100 fold and they do not offer a money back guarantee! I want my money back and the company should be sued for misleading the consumer in thinking that their shoe inserts are custom to the customer. That is a crock of BS! They need to be put out of business! I just want my money back!
