I received notices in the mail from Fannie Mae Mortgage. When I received the final notice, I called the number provided and spoke to two VERY aggressive and rude "agents." They both said they worked for a home warranty company via Toll Brothers and that I needed to activate my warranty program in case any appliances in the home were to break. This is a fraudulent scam and these people need to be contacted ASAP! It is very believable, and I am reporting this to ensure that this doesn't continue in the future!
