I ordered a tent advertised as Bed Bath & Beyond. I paid an additional $19.99 for expedited shipping because there was a big camping & float trip scheduled. I never received the tent and I have been sending emails to Fan Xin since the email [email protected] is evidently false. This Fan Xin has been responding to my emails, basically saying that they’ll start the refund process but it’s been months now. I’ve accepted that I have lost $35.98 but I keep sending emails because I don’t like being lied to/scammed!

Scam that they are a bed bath and beyond close out retailer. Bought and paid with credit card and never received ordered even after the tracking the shipping said the order was delivered.

Don't buy from this site like I did. It's a scam!

I kept all the evidence of my stupidity in case the FTC ever wants to look at it. This is the email address of the scammer:

I placed 2 orders for Bed, Bath and Beyond products since they have gone out of business. I have NOT received any of the items that I ordered (approximately $100+) even though I did receive a notice with a tracking number. I was told my items would be shipped to me in 3-5 business days. To this day I have received nothing nor have I heard from them again. Is it possible to stop payment on these items?

Name, address and debt card. Thay gave me a tracking number and said i could track my package. Also it was going to be delivered by USPS. I went to the post office and they said that wasn't their tracking number. I am elderly and disable and receive SSI. So i went to the bank and canceled my card. As of today the tracking number has a daily statement that the package is in the US.
