I booked a flight and they kept saying that my flight is not confirmed and that they wouldn’t know when I would get confirmation of a flight. Then I received emails saying we are reaching out to you but I never received any emails. When I called to ask what was going on they told me that this is a stand by and the flight is overbooked etc and tried to scare me and make me pay more than what was advertised. After I freaked out because I needed to travel they canceled my flight and now I’m stuck having to pay more and book another flight even though I had booked this well in advance! Very bad customer service, lady was screaming and extremely rude. This website is a scam. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM!!!!!!
