Farehutz claimed to provide a flight ticket that was competitive with other providers. After they collected personal and credit card information, they sent an email saying they were working on obtaining the ticket. The next day, they followed up with a phone call, informing me that the price had dramatically increased, and I needed to pay the difference. I refused to pay, and a few days later, they sent me an email stating that my reservation had been canceled.
