This website poses as the usps and steals and stores all your information on a third-party site, including: Name, old address, new address, SSN, and credit card info. They claim to change your address for you when in reality the usps will do it for $1.05. Don’t get scammed like I did out of $59.95.

I was charged $59.95 for it and I’m not even sure my address was changed. Looks very similar to USPS.com.

second time i am filing this to include the return email address for my prompt refund. i noticed a bogus charge on my bank statement for $49.95 for postal address change, which i know is always about $1. i called the number clearly listed on the bank charge line item. receptionist was swift to offer a refund, i got mad and told her she is working in a crime ring when she said she is just the receptionist (not her fault), saying that she works for multiple outfits and was nice but passed the buck. which could very well be true, but just know it is a crime ring.

I saw a mystery charge for the change of address I filed with the official US Postal Service website. I called number on my bank statement to ask about it and was immediately offered a refund. I told the woman she was involved with a crime outfit and she said she is the only one with a job in her house and she works for multiple companies.

These people operate under the name Rapid Address Change or Fast Address Change, (267) 863-0204. They have structured their website to look like it's affiliated with USPS. It is not. They charge $29.95 for a service that actually only costs $1.05 on USPS. If you fall for this scam, they will not refund you. If they get your email address, they will bombard you with emails even if you ask to be taken off their list. Don't fall for this!! Make sure you're at the legitimate USPS website if you're requesting a mailing address change.

We are moving and I put in "United States Postal Service" in my search engine and the first thing that came up was "Fastaddresschange.com". It looks so much like the real United States Postal Service and a few minutes later I realized I meant to be in USPS.com. I was charged $49.95. This looks fraudulent to me but no one answers at their phone number or email. I later found out that many people have been scammed by this as well.

When I googled USPS "Fast Address Change.com" is the first site that appears on list. I placed a change of address and didn't realize, until after clicked submit, they charge $39.95. I thought I was on the official USPS site, who only charge $1.05. Their disclaimer states you can contact them for a "no questions asked refund", however there is no phone number and they do not respond to the email form I sent them twice. Now they know my old and new address, phone number, and credit card. However, I immediately changed my credit card number and am disputing the charge.

Offer no questions asked money back but there is NO way to contact them. I attempted to change an address through https://www.fast-address-change.com/contact_us.jsp and realized I did it wrong and asked for a refund and cancellation within 3 mins of the purchase and there is NOT a way to talk to anyone, no e-mail. They say to fill out a form and hit send. When you do that, you receive a no repy email saying "message could not go through" BIG scam and I wished I would have read the FINE print. I'm out $39.95.
