Not refunding the deposit money.
That by itself is fine but he is not paying employees or service workers. Instead, he posts pictures of himself flying on private jets while his franchisees go bankrupt. He has absconded with over 2 million dollars and is selling new franchises to pay for the services that should have been paid for by the first round of franchisees and with no intention of using it to administer and operate the fast-fired franchise.
Note that this is the second time he is running this scam. The original scam was with the Carbone Restaurant in Winnipeg Manitoba, which went bankrupt and resulted in Benjamin Nasberg and the company being sued.
I am a single mother of 2 and he has not paid me for over 3 months and has no regard for my family and the expenses of living.
