I answered my phone to a prerecorded message stating that it was the Federal Government and that I needed to press one to continue after following the prompt a man came on the phone and asked me to confirm my name. I refused and asked what the call was for. He stated that I lived in Illinois so I asked what my name is since he knows what state I live in. He replied "Jennifer Lopez" and that this was a serious matter. I laughed and told him I wish that was my name then told him I would report his number to the BBB. He chuckled and then hung up on me.

I've has 3 calls in less than 24 hours, with this number which says (United States) under the caller ID number, and they are saying this is a final attempt to reach me. If I don't call back, this will be an issue with the Federal Court.

I also had another call saying that they were going to legal proceedings to prosecute me if I didn't contact them as soon as possible at 570-995-0283 (this number says that this number is not in service)

A good friend of mine told me she received a $250,000.00 grant from these people. I keep ignoring for a while, but the message kept coming through on facebook. I received a telephone number (740-419-1734) and then they started sending text messages on my phone. They are still contacting me trying to get me to send more money. The name I received was Jackson Williams. He sent me the amount it would cost to receive grants ranging from $30,000 to $10 million. They had me to send the money to a Wells Fargo Account 1262724519 to Olufunke Fitman. The account was closed. They contacted me again and had me to send to Ezekiel Abayomi Popoola thru Money Gram. The location was 7 Donald Street, Ikeja Lagos 23401 in Nigeria. I have all the text messages on my phone and they are still in contact with me. I received a call from a friend that told me that they have contacted her saying that I received a $50,000 grant and asking her to apply.

It was a quite ok review. The account name and bank used at the processing was fake. We just have to be careful at doing business transactions when we do not have adequate facts and full informations on and of the business/transactions...or research and ask questions please, It takes greed to fall greedy. Let’s all be careful and watchful out there please??

I received a voicemail from number 843-401-5324. It was a female voice voiceover/recording that you could not understand the first portion then it said "have a lawsuit against you regarding tax deficiency in past tax freud and ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid federal law for any further information immediately speak to federal agents at call back number 8434015324 I repeat 843-401-5324 thank you. The first time the voiceover spoke about the number it was very muffled, but obviously a recording. I did not call back, googled the number and it said tax scam and people have been getting calls about a tax scam.
