I was contacted by the scammer via my friends account. He posed as a close friend of mine, with a grant opportunity and told me to click the clink for the grant application. Once I clicked on the link I was put in touch with this individual at the above organization that asked me to send the following info. We just confirm your payment. Grant Issued: Cash. Then I was told to provide payment for the processing; via Paypal then he asked to send it via a gift card. Once sent the individual confirmed he received it and then asked for an additional $300, for stamps. At this time I became concerned that I had been scammed. The individual then became upset and my daughter in law assisted me with trying to recoup my money. However we weren't successful, but I want others to be aware and perhaps receive some assistance from the ScamPulse.com on this issue.
