Federal student Debt Relief Reports & Reviews (1)

Persons called claiming to be working for US department of Education for Student Debt Relief. They reset my password on the student aid site and told me they were calling for forgiveness of my loans under Biden's new orders. They have my SSN, DOB, drivers license number, who was on my promissory note, my address. They states since I work for a non for profit I would receive the PSLF and it will wave $22,087 of my debt and then I would make payments of $300 for 6 months then $95 until my 120 payments were received. They sent emails with the real Department of Education and the real website of studentaid.gov. I contacted my student loan the next day and advised that there is no documentation form the department of education regarding the communication and it is likely fake.
