Ordered never received never got a credit...rip off. I would never order from a Facebook seller again! I was not ever able to reach the seller or company? I have tried to located this business. I do not trust FB adds any longer. I never received a credit for this charge on my account! Never received the item.

I had the same experience and am beyond disappointed. The company refuses to admit fault or refund. Since they changed the product name in the description, actually have confirmation that they shipped an item (which was the one foam golf ball), the website nor video that was advertised can be found, and the company apparently goes by an assortment of names, it seems impossible to get a refund through PayPay. I have even reported this issue to the BBB, with no luck yet. Has anyone found a way to get refunded. If so, please share. Thank you!

My mother in law ordered this for her son for Father’s Day. Placed order on 6/8, upon inquiry over and over where the order was they show tracking that it’s been delivered in or at my mailbox (which is impossible as it is, my mailbox isn’t holding a pkge that big and it ain’t getting left at my box either bc it’s on the side of the road). After requesting refund via PayPal, PayPal responds back stating the seller claims it’s at my post office and I need to pick it up. I was actually going to attempt this 2morrow until I read about everyone else receiving that 1 white foam ball in the mail. I got that also but had no idea what it was or where it came from. I do now! Let’s blow this company outta the water!

The very same thing happened to me...I have been going back and forth with them in emails, and they keep telling me I got what I ordered. Who can we contact about this and turn them in? I expected the golf net also. As like everyone above, it took from June to the beginning of September to get them, and then all there was were foam golf balls. They tried to tell me that that was what the ad was, but I pointed out the the advertisement stated: Outdoor Golf Game, and foam balls do not make a game.

Found out too late. I was scammed. Received a foam golf ball in the mail months later rather than the chipping practice board I ordered my husband for Father's Day.

Waited months for a GOLF CORNHOLE GAME I get a friggen foam golf ball $30 on a foam golf ball I am beyond upset dues to Covid financially can not afford to get scammed out of money and I tell them you scammed me they said no you ordered a ball ! NO I ordered a GAME ! I’m so upset

SCAM. Same exact thing happened to me, ordered two Golf games, nowhere did it say “high-density Practice Sphere” until AFTER I ordered in a confirmation email. I tried to cancel but they denied because it had already been sent out. I ended up spending $52.79 on two foam golf balls. And yes the website magically disappeared when I went to write a review. This is an absolute scam, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM or anything from China that even feels sketchy.

Well, I wish I looked for this before ordering my $40+ SPONGE golf BALL ( as in singular).

I ordered what I thought was the entire golf game for Father’s Day.

First “oddity” I faced was unusual charges on my debit card that I used to order from them, as well as multiple orders attempted by their company.

And when I hadn’t received anything 2 months+ and noticing that the “tracking” hadn’t been updated in the same time window, I reached out asking for a refund.

FeelingEnjoy told me to wait a few more days. And so when nothing changed a few days later I reached out again, with ZERO response from them.

I waited another month, upon receiving one [censored]ing sponge ball that I literally could have purchased from the Dollar store and thought it was a “thank you” for your purchase /customer appreciation gift... not the actual thing I ordered.

“Customer service” if that’s even what we should call the [censored] on the other side of the screen selling $40+ products that my dogs could [censored] out (and have delivered quicker)... told me this is what I ordered.

So I went back to my order confirmation, and attempted to access the site to see what the hell they were talking about, and to my greatest of surprise... the site is “forbidden” not working. So I can’t even go back and check/screenshot it.

Please do not order from here. Save your money. Your time. Your sanity.

Same thing happened to me! I ordered two games in April and just today got two foam golf balls in the mail. What the heck?! Paid $50! What a scam.

In June I paid $50.16 for 2 of the golf games order #6303. I received a shipping notice shortly after with a tracking number. finally on Sept 1st I received a small package with the tracking number that matched what they sent me. In it were 2 foam golf balls and a thank you note. When I emailed them and asked where the games were they informed me that they shipped what I ordered. I looked at my confirmation and it has a picture of a person playing the game and has the words foam sphere. They are claiming that I only ordered the 2 foam golf balls for $50.16. Seriously! I do not know what to do. Is there anyway for me to get my money back. What a scam! Sincerely, Lynne Sciandro

I had the same experience. They sent one golf ball after two months of me ordering the golf game. My confirmation email says one golf game. They email me back every time telling me I am the one who ordered that. I reported them to my credit card company as fraudulent.

On June 6, I watched a video ad for a cornhole golf game that looked fun. The video showed the game includes 2 cornhole "platforms" and 4 plastic golf balls, each a different color. The price $22.99 was "50% off" and I ordered it, thinking it would be a nice Father's Day gift for my husband. I paid the total $31.98 (included $8.99 shipping) by PayPal. I immediately received an order confirmation from a "business" apparently named treegens. That email showed I had ordered "Outdoor Golf Game×1." When it hadn't arrived by June 17, the tracking link showed it had arrived June 12 at a USPS location in a nearby large city. I called the post office and they told me that tracking# indicated the parcel was NOT there but instead at a DHL facility awaiting transfer to a USPS location, for eventual delivery to my address. I emailed [email protected], asking why such a delay receiving the item. They replied the next day, saying "It always takes 15-20 working days to arrive after shipping." Within a day or two, in my mailbox was a small padded envelope containing 1 yellow plastic golf ball and a business card that said offered [email protected] as a way to save time and get "VIP service" if needing to request a refund. I emailed them today, and they promptly replied saying I received what I ordered from 3 choices they offer. They claim I ordered "the golf ball option." I'm contacting PayPal now, to request a refund.

I purchased this item for $33.00 and received one golf ball. The photo was a full game, not one ball. I've sent over 10 emails back and forth and they insist it is what I ordered. Who would spend $33 for a foam ball?

This company is suppose to selling a cornhole golf game, but it’s the same product & company that is scamming under at least 2 other names: treegens, & kikior mall. They charged me twice for one product & never sent it. Found out later no one has gotten them!!
