Feminine Care Product Scam Reports & Reviews (1)

- Hershey, PA, USA • Mar 31, 2024

I ordered $299.00 on products worth of products from Sugarbabycare after seeing ads on Instagram and YouTube on January 7, 2024. I used Affirm to assist me and got a payment plan loan which was approved on January 9th, 2024. On February 8th, I emailed their customer service and received a response on February 9th stating my order would be processed the best week. It wasn't. I reached out again on March 13 asking for an update. They responded that same day stating I would get a confirmation email soon with tracking information. On March 14, I reached out stating I would like a refund, and then followed up on the 18th. I got an email with a tracking number on March 18th. I checked it daily and it still says that it is in Pre-shipment (Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item). On March 24th, I reached out about a refund, then again on the 17th, and lastly on the 31st. I contacted Affirm on March 28th via phone and then email about their assistance in resolving the conflict. They have decided to side with the company instead of providing assistance.
