Type of a scam Online Purchase

I sent for three CD movies at$5.90 each it cost me $ 31.69 in total I used my credit card but never received anything I had no idea it was fraud now I am out of that money.I am very upset about this I am 65 years old and on disability I need my money it was a gift for my husband and daughter I had to get them something else. I hate companies that do this to people.

This company has claimed to deliver my package at my house at 2:15 in the morning. When I got up at 2:20 am to take my dogs out, there was nothing at my house. I've tried emailing them but they have not responded. They are located in China, according to their website.
