Figure Free Reports & Reviews (3)

I bought a number of swimsuits online via FigureFree. I should have stopped the process the minute the coupon code didn't work. But instead, I placed the order and wrote to Customer Service asking that they apply it on the back end. They wouldn't do that despite me having clearly met the parameters and explaining that the advertised code wasn't working. They told me that I had to wait until the order arrived and then, at that point, I could write to them again requesting that the discount be applied. I wrote back and asked them to cancel my order because of their ridiculous client service reasoning. Seven weeks later, my original order arrives...despite having requested that they cancel the order. And now, upon reviewing their return policy, I am realizing that I'm outside of the return window because the products had arrived while I was out of town. I've sent the refund request in to Customer Service ... but I'm not holding my breath particularly after reading about other client nightmare experiences. However, I did pay via PayPal and PayPal protects their clients from situations like this. I'll ask that PayPal removes them from an approved vendors listing due to the company's fraudulent business practices. DON'T BUY SWIMWEAR FROM FIGURE FREE COM

I ordered three swimsuits. They came quickly and I found that they sent 4 items total (2 of one of the swimsuits). I examined them all and decided I would keep one of the items and return the rest. Reasons of sizing wasn't good for me, and colors weren't true to the website and I only ordered one of the suits that they sent me two and charged me for two.. The very next day I emailed them exactly what they request for a return authorization. I have since emailed three times and no response. They say you only have 15 days from day of delivery to get a return authorization. I didn't even try them on. I saw this ad on facebook. I would think they would be a little more strict at checking out businesses they allow to advertise on facebook. I really don't know what to do at this point but I want my money back and I have no address or phone number to contact them. They only gave an email address. Shame on me for being so irresponsible I guess. I will continue to email and see what happens, but buyer beware for sure!

This is the most recent email I have sent to their one and only way to contact the company that summarizes the experience of attempting to return an item that was sent that is the wrong size:

At this time, I have followed all directions provided by your company to obtain a refund for a product that was sent to me that was not the size that I ordered. This email will be submitted to my financial institution to dispute the charges showing my attempts to follow all known processes and directions provided by your company to obtain refund. It will also be submitted to the Better Business Bureau to ensure that others are aware of this fraudulent company activity.

As per email exchanges dated below, I have followed all instructions provided by Figurefree.com to obtain a full refund for merchandise sent that was the wrong size. This company has since declined to allow me to return the product and has yet to refund my purchase.

• 4/24 – Product received

• 4/25 – initial request for refund

• 4/26 – Photos required and sent

• 4/29 – requested update on return request/photos sent

• 4/28 (figurefree dates on emails were always a day behind when my emails were sent): Response asking me to agree to return requirements/offering option of partial refund

• 4/29 – I declined partial refund and requested information to return the item/obtain full refund

• 4/30 – Figure Free requested more photos with measurements to be sent

• 4/30 – measurements/photos sent as requested

• 5/3 – I sent an email asking for an update

• 5/5 – I sent another email asking for an update

• 5/6 – Figure Free sent exact verbiage email from 4/28 asking if I agree to return requirements/offering option of partial refund

• 5/6 – I responded that the exact email had already been sent and I agreed to return requirements and declined a partial refund. Asked for information on how to return item immediately for full refund

• 5/10 – I sent an email asking for an update to my response on 5/6 indicating that I was at the point I needed to report fraud

As of today, May 14, I have not received any response or any direction on how to return the product for full refund as I agreed to in two separate emails. Below if the return policy as published on the website of FigureFree.com. It appears that the process for my return has stopped at step 2. I have not received any information on an address to return and receive my refund as was indicated that would be provided by your emails. I have attached a photo of the address on the package that the item was mailed to me in. please verify if this is the address I should be returning the item to?
