It is actually a good-looking jacket that is not super warm but it does the job, I’m tall and it fits pretty good in my opinion for being an L size. If you are trying to find a Rip Wheeler jacket and have the passion go for it you will be happy.

What made my experience great was that. I had made an error in the delivery address. I never received my second jacket that I had purchased. I explained that the address I gave was incorrect and the FedEx driver stated it was delivered but the address it was not house with that address . I informed them and the made every effort to make sure I wasn't disappointed. I gave them the correct address and they resent my package. I was pleased that V they responded quickly to my concerns and needs in regards to my jacket. I am happy and pleased with their products and my experience with them makes me want to continue to purchased their products. Thank you again for your service.

Top Material at Affordable Price

I recently purchased a brown leather jacket with an shirt collar style. Given my height of 5'8'' and weight of 70 kg, I was unsure about which size to choose. Fortunately, the size chart recommended going for an S, and the reviews also supported this suggestion. The jacket arrived earlier than expected and fit me flawlessly. Order a jacket, it was too small. After many emails, I returned the jacket to the address given to me. Postage cost another $50, and it came back return mail stating bad address. Total rip off. Scam crappy products, no customer service. Liars! Rip offs!

I'm going to be completely honest here. I was super nervous ordering this jacket at first. I had no idea of what type of quality I will get, the customer support, or anything. But man oh man was I wrong to be nervous. This is single-handedly the best company thanks to FJACKETS I have literally never written a review before, but this company deserves all the business it can get. I first contacted the company regarding size before ordering They got back to me right away and cleared up the issue.

Anyways they were super kind in answering my question and I walked away from my experience impressed. The jacket itself took a little over a week to get to me from the time that I ordered it. They really showed care and consideration while making this jacket.

It fits perfectly. I wear it as a day-to-day jacket and it keeps me warm really well for the thickness. Every day that I have worn it over the past week and a half I have received compliments on it (whether those people are familiar with leather or not). This is one of the few brands left that still really cares about their customers and their customer's satisfaction. This is the happiest I have been of any of my purchases.

Sleeves are a little longer

First time I purchased from this store, was very curious about the order but they delivered my moto leather jacket on time. Jacket looks cool and the leather feels great but the only problem is that the sleeves are a little longer than expected.

Late Delivery

I ordered a jacket from this store and it arrived much later than expected It took longer to get my item due to some shipping issue. I have to admit, I was frustrated, but when it did arrive it was a perfectly decent jacket.

So After placing the order I received confirmation with a tracking link for the courier. Delivery of the item was time critical as it w[censored]iday season. I waited several days but the item didn't arrive I contacted customer service and was told the that the courier had been late and will get delivered in 2 to 3 days.

The reply wasn't very helpful and the item delivered after a whole week.

My experience from this site, ordering, payment process and the jacket itself was good but my experience of the delivery not that good.

I ordered a jacket that supposedly had a valid tracking number. It took three weeks and several emails before the item actually shipped as the tracking number never updated. The company blamed the inactive tracking on Covid. When I received the product, it smelled of toxic chemicals, the leather was cheap garbage and the sewing was inferior. I have emailed them numerous times for a return and refund and have had no response. DO NOT but anything from Film Jackets. Total garbage!

They sell clothing that is way undersized. The clothing you will receive have no size tags sewn in nor does it have care tags. There is no way to determine what size you actually receive. After you file a claim with PayPal you will receive a return address located in the middle east (UAE). The cost to return the under sized clothing is nearly double the price you pay for the items >$200 in postage with UPS. The business claims to have an office in San Diego. The clothing is of poor quality and without size tags even they would not know what size they are shipping. Steer clear of https://www.fjackets.com/
