Our project began on 5/5/23 was slated to be completed no later than 7/7/23.We have been given numerous reasons as to why it’s not completed.Our upper deck is complete,we have no door to access it our heat run hasn’t been relocated either.Numerous calls/voicemails go unanswered or returned,when the owner or other representatives contact us it’s always a blame game with no results as of today which is 8/23/23.I’ve been extremely optimistic throughout this process & my optimism & faith in this business is minimal today.The town of Greece has had to postpone inspection due to the job being incomplete & absent of the door whic is included in the rendering’s & building permit,the permit has also expired.My family has essentially been robbed of the money spent on our home improvement as well as the opportunity to enjoy & entertain this summer.I’ve purchased furniture for this area during the construction process only to be unable to use or acces it & the space.it’s embarrassing for my neighbors to see our property with an unfinished project.I had to clean up lumber left on my lawn by the contractor,I had to reseed the affected area where the lumber was left.A sub contractor attempted to fill in concrete holes left in my patio that Fitch downright refused to restore to its original state.The quality of work on the concrete repair are substandard on a patio that’s 2 years old.
