On 11/30, I ordered flying balls from FLAREFFECT that APPEARED to a US company for Christmas gifts. The total order was $130.66, and I was given an order number and tracking information. On 12/01, I noticed that my order was being processed out of Italy. I contacted the company immediately and said to cancel my order - the response was sorry, it has been shipped. I continued to receive tracking information and then realized the balls were not going to arrive in time for Christmas. The last tracking information I received was on 12/28, stating the shipment was in Des Moines, and then the tracking updates stopped. I contacted customer service on 01/03 to find out the status, and the company returned a different tracking number stating that the shipment was in Jamaica, NY, and assured me the times were on their way. I responded back, stating that it was a different tracking number than I was given. The company responded by saying the system has not yet been updated, and they have urged the shipping company to update tracking information. I requested a refund. The company responded and asked why I was asking for a refund. On 01/07/2023, the company sent me a USPS delivery notice that a package was received; however, the tracking number was again different than my order number. Nothing was delivered to my home. I again requested a refund. The company responded, requesting to send a picture of the items. I contacted my credit card company to ask for credit since I had not received the items, and the company was not working with me and realized I was overcharged! My invoice was $130.66, and this company charged my card $150.26. When I emailed the company to ask why they overcharged me - the responded with a request for a copy of my credit card statement. At that point, I was done with them and I am hoping my credit card company can assist in getting my money back.

I ordered the product online on December 3, 2022! I received an email on December 5, 2022 saying the item had shipped & gave me this tracking #9**************************! Everyone I have tracked it it tells me the same thing! It’s arrived in Jamaica, New York!! I have emailed the customer support & just keep getting told it’s on the way! It was a Christmas present & now that it’s too late I have asked for my money back & they keep telling me I have to wait til it arrives & then return it! It is plain to see it’s not coming & I’ve been scammed! People like this don’t deserve the air they breathe!!
