I purchased a puppy on line and the company never delivered the puppy and will not return my money to me.

Searched online looking for a puppy. Came across website, that looked pretty legit, and looked it over and read all the articles n looked at all the puppies there was to offer. I found one I loved, who's name was Luna, n I filled out a application, which states which dog u like n name, just small 3 to 4 general questions. I submitted it and waited for a response. I received one back not too long after stating the puppy I choose was still available n before deciding, a few questions had to answered, such as, have u owned a dog before?, you live near a vet? Do u own a home/ apartment approving pets. I responded with a introduction about myself and family,who we were as people. I got an approval stating we could purchase her for 600, with guaranteed health for one year, refund guaranteed if not satisfied. I was given the option. to have her fly and Pick her up at the airport or have come to the house. The expense to pick her up at the airport was 700 and 750, for house delivery. I chose to have her delivered. All this happened within a few hours, so her name wasn't even given, n she spoke of nothing , except, gave me her Cashapp name, n stated as soon as I make payment of 750, since I wanted delivery, she would start the process of getting Luna sent out in the morning, since it was around 8pm EST, n she would contact me in the morning when she dropped Luna off the next morning.

I got an email stating g that she was dropped off all papers were in my name, n a crate company would be contacting me to verify my address, n give me the tracking number for the flight. She never mentioned once In advertisement of all the fees I would faces, n how I would be facing them, she had mentioned she did this for 11yrs n flying was safe, when I questioned if she was ok doing so. After she had Luna, I never got any info from her when questioned, what airport, if she was OK, absolutely nothing. I finally received an email from [email protected], stating urgent. So I responded right away. They needed, 950, before shipping her out, cause she needed to be switched to their crate, that they stated was 100 refundable, after the 30 dollar rental fee. So they would return 920, to me when they delivered Luna. It was J Watson, that I had called, cause I got the number at the bottom of the email, while speaking to him, he was very quick n stated in order to get shipped they needed the money in American Express cards, one for 500, n one 450. I tried to take the opportunity to ask about Luna, n all he stated was get the money ok, bye. So I look at my email again , I have a name to Cashapp, n to Zelleapp, which I don't have. I stated I would send the money over cashapp. I sent the 1st one for 500 over, n it succeeded. I tried the 450, n it was denied 3xs. And each time, it was sent, the 450, it was held from Cashapp, withdraw from banking account, n made my account go into negative balance. So I stated I could send anymore. They replied, I told u to stop w the cashapp n get the American express. This took up a couple hours, n I went to store and got an American express for 450, so he could ship Luna out. I asked once again how she was , where she was, if I could speak to boss, to give me number. All I got back in an email, was received the payment, but its too late to ship Luna out tonight, 3/16/23 which was about 5:45pm est. So it was 4:45pm in Oklahoma. I was very upset, cause I was trying for 12 hrs to get info on her, n nothing, n get told she was coming and wo t be shipped out to the next morning 3/17/23. I gave my last email on the 16th, n asking on what time they approx start shipping, they stated, she should be out by 10am. So about 11am on 3/17/23, I email the shipping company asking for an update, if she has shipped , for tracking numbers. I get a response, we emailed u 3 hrs ago, didn't you get it?. I search for the email , n it states there is a problem again, she can't be shipped until I sent another 890, with again 2 separate American express cards, 1 for 390, 1 for 500. Which was refundable too like the other one, And was suppose to be given it all back at once in CASH, when luna was delivered. lost it, I stated they shove the dog up their a...! I emailed the [email protected], stated if the dog even existed, im asking nicely for refund of 750 , and now I don't exist. I had my husband the shipping Company to ask for a refund of 950, n this j. Watson refused to discuss anything n swore at him hung up, Either one refuses to acknowledge my emails, n the suppose company will not answer their email nor their phone. Between 3/16/23 and 1/2 the day on the 17th, I have approx 35 emails, just to get this puppy here, or an update on her with no success. And losing 1700 in day
