TermsI purchased a FREE trial of a Fleur Alpha skin care product for $4.99 US. I received the produce and my credit card was charged the $4.99. A few days later another charge was on my credit card for $1.99 - I thought it was for shipping or something like that and let it go. A few weeks later a charge for $107.99 appeared on my credit card from this company for something I did not order and, as of today, have not received.

I phoned the company and find out that at the very bottom of the original order for the $4.99 trial is a very faint line that includes 'Terms'. I didn't even notice it so did not click it. Under their terms it states that if you don't cancel order within 14 days you will receive the product again and will use your credit card to pay for it. The support person is very rude and insists that I should have read about their 'Terms'. There is no way I will ever get my money back. I cancelled my credit card so they won't be able to use it again. Just like to warn people DO NOT ORDER FROM FLEUR ALPHA - it is a rip off!!!

I saw this add for a skin care product for $4.99 that said it was the greatest new thing in skin care, rush my trial offer, under this link https://www.fleuralpha.com/v1/?AID=4346&AFFID=16&C1=301559&C2=778727... So I ordered it assuming I was getting a sample. About a week later I received this little tube with some red stuff in it for immediate wrinkle correction (not true) and the full size skin cream, anti wrinkle (not true) and a full size serum of some sort which I never opened. On April 13th, I noticed 3 separate charges on my credit card totalling over $35 USD. What even? Then on May 10th there was a deduction of $147+ CAD on my credit card for a company I didn't recognize and on the 12th of May a deduction of $155+ from another company I didn't recognize. I called my bank and the guy new immediately what was going on. He gave me two different phone numbers which I called. Both answered "Customer service (of what company?) Due to covid 19 (super sketchy) we are receiving a higher than normal call volume. There are 48 callers ahead of you." I took the option to have someone call me back. When he did I still had no idea what product he was talking about until I asked him twice. He said I would be refunded once the product was returned unused. Fine, It was the serum I never opened but I did throw the box out. Then I called the second number, got the call back, the girl hung up on me, so I called the customer service number on the email sent by the guy with the return authorization number. She said she would send me the refund slip by email but I wouldn't be refunded because I used the product. Didn't you send it to me to use? And where is all this information about auto refill subscription nonsense? She claimed it was plainly visible on the "Rush my order" page. So I went back to that page and scanned it thoroughly.. Oh it's there all right. At the very, very bottom left, in the tiniest lettering under TERMS. And don't bother clicking contact us. It goes no where. So people, If you see this add, keep scrolling. In what world would you pay $110 for a jar of uselessness and $109 for a serum of I don't know? They are scammers looking to hit your wallet repetitively.
