Flight was booked through LastMinute.com for round trip flight from Reno to Riga. After booking, I immediately notice return flight had us swapping airports in London. It would be possible, but not preferred with 2 young kids. Basic summary on the following events. I have documentation for most.

- LastMinute.com agent told me it would be best to rebook and full refund would be provided to my credit card.

- Later, only 10% refund as a voucher would be provided.

- After no response, I enter a dispute with CapitalOne, and then it was closed because LastMinute.com did try to offer me a refund.

- LastMinute.com reviewed the recording, and confirmed that a full refund would be provided. Emailed me stating refund would be submitted as soon as dispute closure documentation was provided.

- Refund has not been provided, Customer Care will not respond, LastMinute.com agents cannot find my booking, and airline provided LastMinute.com full refund.

I have been scammed, and do. It want this to happen to anyone else.
