I reserved a flight for United Airlines for 7 people to Lihue. I received a phone call shortly after booking online confirming names of individuals flying. I was told my e-tickets would be in sent to me within 24 hours. Nothing came after 48 hours so I called them. I was put on hold then told the person working on my tickets would not be in for 4 hours and I would get a call back. I called them again after 4 hours and was told that early that morning they received notification that there were no seats available for my selected flight. I then had to ask them to cancel. I am now waiting to make sure there is no suspicious activity on my credit card.

My husband booked the flight through this company they emailed me with confirmation and then a little bit later said seats were not available I could be upgraded. I questioned it because the email said you don't have seats in the main cabin as per airline but we can get you seats in the main cabin please confirm booking and payment which was $300 more than what they originally charged me. So my husband called and we were asking about the email questioning what's the difference in the flight information we cannot see an itinerary or an invoice with exact prices. The person tried to explain they moved us from main cabin to coach or vice versa, from coach to main cabin. I said okay well why does the email say main cabin to main cabin and what's the difference. Being naturally suspicious and aware of lots of scams that go on, I trust no one anymore and figured a real company would not tell you one price and charge you another.......so I looked up their company and did cross references looked at the better Business bureau and reviews from Google and a few others. (Which I've told my hubby to do multiple times)

Anyways I canceled my credit cards reported them to the better Business bureau before they could charge me and even if they don't charge me and try to sell my credit card number it's not going to do ****. You know what they say...if its too good to be true.....
