A short while back, this practice cracked a tooth while doing work on a cavity and subsequent filling. Initially they gave me the run around before finally admitting to their incompetence, and agreed to place a crown over the tooth at their expense. Recently the crown came off and they glued it back on. A day later it came off again and this time they claimed that since they no longer accept my insurance, that it would cost me over $1,600.00 out of my own pocket. I also found out that the crown was not done at their expense, but that they actually submitted a claim to my insurance company and received over $400.00 without my knowledge. The final nail in their coffin, was when I called them out on this entire fiasco, they then said they would no longer work on that tooth. Buyer beware - there are plenty of qualified dental practices in the area that are reputable, and provide high-quality dental work . Don't be fooled by this second-rate operation who oftentimes has a very high rate of turnover regarding receptionists, hygienists, and doctors.
