On Aug 23 2023 I had attempted to go through the delta site to swap a passenger for another because the original passenger couldn’t go. I was directed to contact the number 888-575-5030 for assistance. I made contact and spoke to Viniy. Due to me paying for the flights she originally stated she would only be able to do a credit for the original passenger and charge me extra for the cancellation fee and airline fee prior to being able to add the replacement passenger. I didn’t agree. The next option was to cancel all the flights and reschedule it. While rescheduling she stated delta flights were higher and there was not enough availability for me and my passengers to be together but could handle the cancellation with delta to get me a refund and book me with frontier to come to almost the same amount of the original payment. I agreed because 1. I was thinking that I was speaking to a representative who deals with delta directly and she was able pull my info and my passengers info. We went through the process of rebooking the flights. I received the contract agreement regarding my refund with delta and the new charges. Since it was so close to my flight the new flights and fees still came out more but I went ahead because I felt crunched for time. Also I had hopes of the refund of 2278.25 that would may me feel better about the additional fees I was charged. It’s been 4 months now. I gave it some time regarding my refund but each time I called I was told they were working on it. Recently I contacted the company and I spoke to a Justin/Jamie who was aggressive and rude who told me I was contacting the wrong company but keep in mind I had been calling the same number and the previous representatives informed me of the update. I had voicemails stating I would get my money and emails regarding the refund but now I realize they aren’t going to get me my money back. My bank advised I can’t dispute it because it was done under another company.
