I purchased chairs online in June. I emailed customer support mid July and let them know I had not received tracking info. They emailed me back the next day with tracking number. It showed to have not shipped yet. It did update and at one point showed it cleared customs but never showed to move from there. Then I checked at another time and it updated to show delivered and it never was. I emailed multiple times since then and have gotten no response.
