Awful company! Beyond rude customer service. Beware and DO NOT buy from them. So many bought at the beginning of this Covid issue trusting they would get masks from this place. Some did, but too many have not and are out money. There are now so many complaints, you can search and even find places besides this page. You don’t have to fall victim like us.

I never got my masks I ordered. I wrote and wrote and heard nothing. Finally I got an email saying they were already delivered, but I didn’t get them so this was a problem. They refused to show any proof of it being delivered or when. They had their money and didn’t care to make it right. I would have liked the masks I paid for, go figure!

I have also seen many posts in scam groups, Reddit etc with the same issues that I, and others here have posted dealing with this awful company. So hopefully the word will get out. There are so many not getting them, some getting them finally four or five months later. Some people got the wrong items - filters instead of masks, missing masks, wrong colors and they all are unable to find a resolve. This company just wants money and threatens you if you do actually speak with them.

A few who got theirs finally 4 and 5 months later posted pictures. The ones they got from Fortress and ones off Amazon. They are the same masks. Nothing different about them at all. On Amazon you can get them for a few bucks a piece. So don’t think you’re getting the high quality over others they say you are. They are the same. You can get 8 masks and 30 filters for less than $30 on Amazon. It would cost you about $180 with Fortress. These masks are from China, just like the Amazon ones. Which is why I am guessing it takes so long. So please don’t waste your money paying more thinking these masks will be better. They aren’t. Don’t waste your money on masks you may or may not ever get. At least with Amazon they have policies in place, and decent customer service. You won’t get screwed like with this company who is rude and cares nothing about their customer. I hope their shady business practices catch up with them.

I ordered masks at the beginning of April and paid extra to have them shipped faster. I got an email telling me they had shipped but hadn’t received them by late that month. I didn’t always get a response to my emails, and when I did, I was promised either the masks or a refund, neither of which ever materialized. I learned from USPS tracking that the masks actually made it to my city but could not be delivered because of an error in address. Fortress had our correct address from the beginning, as shown in the email receipt and I have also confirmed it at least twice since then. I pointed out to Fortress that they have proof the masks were never delivered and were returned to them at an address in California. They acknowledged that to be so, and I was promised a refund at the beginning of July. I heard nothing since, although I have emailed several times, until tonight, September 12. Now they want to resend the masks to me and offered a 15% discount. I am livid. I no longer need the masks, having ordered others months ago. This company is a nightmare and appears to have taken advantage of the pandemic to cheat people. Do not do business with them. I have all the emails between me and Fortress. I am out almost $49 USD, not to mention the frustration.

Masks never arrived so I filed a chargeback, so they're trying to prove they were delivered to me...in Oregon. I'm in Australia. Good try scammers!

Fortress Masks is a selfish, self serving mean company. They have the opportunity to foster relationships with customers but instead stab them in the back.
My masks took 8 weeks to ship. The USPS tracking said they arrived, yet nope. No masks. Either stolen or mis-delivered. I have no insurance on the package, I was the recipient. I can't offer proof, because, well no masks. Jan Sport, Costco, Birkenstock, Vogmask, Bosch, Sony and Apple, all of those companies would have tried to work with me, gotten me another shipment or Offered to use UPS or Split the difference. Instead Fortress re billed me, without contacting me and now has $76.00 of my unemployment dollars, because I lost my job during Quarantine.
I do not and will not ever support this company or these policies.

I have been waiting for my masks and filters since April 13th. When I complained about a month later they sent me an email stating since the covid-19 issues that their shipments were taking longer. Since then I have received nothing, not even a email or text from them, but I have made many attempts to contact them. If anyone knows how to make contact with a real human please let me know.

This company is absolute [censored]! I ordered six burgundy masks from them. They were guaranteed to deliver in 21 days. They came a month and half later. I ordered from them on April 4 and they were to arrive by April 25. I got them on May 10 and I had to report them missing three times to even get a response from them.

When they finally arrived they were all BLACK. I had ordered them the day after I saw their ad because I did not want a black mask. When I contacted them to complain (which it took 2 weeks for them to reply) they told me that they indicated that they may change the color. This was a lie, I know because I sent a friend to the site, because they were looking for non black masks as well, and they told me that they ordered but the company said color was not guaranteed. They showed me their confirmation email that had this statement on it. MINE DID NOT.

These [censored] tried to tell me that I had to adhere to a policy that was created after I placed my order. When I told them I did not want their trash masks, they said I could send them back at my expense. That was not going to happen. I had been communicating with them for days and then communication just stopped. They finally reached out today and sent me a current screen grab of the website.

I am tired of this bull[censored] and will be reporting them and their shoddy business practices. I also have contacted my credit card company and started the process of getting my money back.

Do not buy from these people that are [censored] and are just trying to profit off of this pandemic.

I ordered April 1st. Since then, I have talked to Fortress Mask through Instagram. Mask arrived today in great condition and exactly how I wanted it. They are not a scam. Just be patient.

Purchased masks over a month ago on 4/8. Tracking application shows order is ready but has been stuck in transit since 4/18. No contact from company regarding delays and update on status. Total scam.

I have been trying to get masks I ordered for weeks and get false promises of delivery. They refer me to a page on their website that say my package has been ready for delivery for a month They provide a tracking number and say nothing has been shipped under this number. They refuse to credit me. My daughter ordered masks from them the week before and never received hers. Sham and frauds! Buyer beware.

I just used this parcel tracker a member posted on Reddit http://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking It showed the place of origin for my two **Fortress Mask is China**. Not Australia as we left to believe?. My order was placed April 14th after "Ron D." a customer care agent emailed me back stating they do ship to the U.S. blah blah. My order was supposedly picked up from Longgang district in Shenzhen, China, April 27th for shipment by 4PX (a customized global warehouse in Hong Kong, google). Next, it shows May 1st USPS currently awaiting pkg. But get this, according to the USPS tracker Fortress provides my order has been ready for shipment since April 22nd. As for my **Cambridge Mask** I get an email every Thursday with updates 'supposedly' from founder and CEO, Christopher J. Dobbing. Everything seem to be going smooth with pre-orders 1 to 5 until this Thurs. at wave 6 which is me?. The update stated, "China released new rules on Sunday which overnight completely changed the export process for masks and other PPE to help ensure only quality products are being exported. We are now submitting a huge amount of additional documentation to show our compliance to the higher standards. Air freight and customs delays are sadly out of our control. We had just managed to get production flowing smoothly at a higher speed, so this is as frustrating for us as it is for you." I thank all of you for posting. Masks were stated to be N99 and block out viruses. Website states they are from Australia. Upon receiving mask packaging was in Chinese. Clad for N99 on the website have since been removed. They falsified advertisement on website. Buyer beware.
